What happens to information sent on the site and in WhatsApp services
This page covers the contact form on the site and the WhatsApp Business Platform services we operate as a Meta Tech Provider.
This policy refers to the website, the contact form, and connecting a client's WhatsApp Business account to a system built for them. In a client project, additional information rules are set by the engagement.
What can be submitted in the form
Name, organization name, email, phone, the subject of the inquiry and a short description of the process. Do not send sensitive personal information, trade secrets, passwords, client documents or access details through the form.
Why form information is used
To read the inquiry, understand the need and get back to you. The details are not published on the site.
How the form message reaches NeoTech Vision
The site passes the message to NeoTech Vision's mailbox through FormSubmit. Sending the form involves using that service for delivery.
What is stored on the site
The site does not keep a database of inquiries and does not write the content of the message to a log. The server records limited operational data, such as a network address, the request method and the path that was read. A copy of the message is kept in the mailbox according to the mailbox settings.
What information is collected in WhatsApp services
When we connect a client's WhatsApp Business account to a system built for them, we may collect the WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) identifier, connected business phone numbers, template names, webhook events, and message metadata and content required to run the system the client authorized.
Why WhatsApp information is used
To send and receive messages on behalf of the client, manage templates and numbers, and connect the account to the system built for them. The information is not used for advertising to a third-party audience or for sale.
Who processes the information
Meta provides the WhatsApp Cloud API. NeoTech Vision processes the information on the project servers according to the engagement. The client remains the owner of the business account.
Who it is shared with
The information is shared with the organization that owns the account, and with Meta as required to operate the service. It is not sold to third parties.
Access, correction and deletion
No uniform retention period has been set for every record. You can request to review, correct or delete details by email. The request will be reviewed according to the operational need and the applicable duties. Detailed deletion instructions are on the data deletion page.
